I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at MacEwan University in 2018. I am currently registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta and have a business license from the City of Edmonton.
My goal is to help my patients improve their health, reduce stress & pain and enhance their physical capacity through massage while increasing ease of access by providing the treatment at their home or office.
Currently I offer Chair or Table treatments.
Chair massage is performed on the upper-body over the clothing and is ideal for offices or smaller living spaces. The patient sits upright in the chair rather then lying down. Oil or lotion is not used.
Table massage is used to treat the full body. The massage can be performed over clothing if requested but is typically directly on the skin using oil or lotion. The style of massage can vary and are based upon request.
Relaxation massage uses Swedish techniques of long, flowing strokes to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This classic massage is perfect for anyone looking for reduced stress and improved sleep.
I use therapeutic massage as a broad term for treatments that focus on treating specific problems, conditions or injuries. Techniques can range from Swedish/relaxation to deep tissue but they are all utilized to improve the patient's physical condition.
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. It is not for everyone, is rarely relaxing and can result in soreness in the days following the treatment.
Cupping is used to increase circulation in a particular area which helps in reducing pain, separating tissue layers and stimulating the immune system to promote healing. A bruise-like mark is left and while the treatment can feel intense, little to no soreness should result. With fire cupping, a small flame is used to create a vacuum in the glass cup before placing it on the skin. Due to the tools and the cleaning process required, Fire Cupping has different costs to other massage treatments.
You can receive a massage at any point during your pregnancy unless otherwise stated by your doctor. Position and padding will vary depending on your comfort and which trimester you are in. Options are available if you are on bed-rest.

Therapeutic hot-stone massage uses heated stones as the massage tool to quickly warm tissues, increase circulation and allow access to deeper muscles without the intensity if deep issue techniques or the soreness afterwards. These can also be used as additions to relaxation or therapeutic treatments to help warm tight muscle groups.
As a Registered Massage Therapist of Alberta, the treatments I provide are covered by multiple insurance companies and plans. Currently, Direct Billing is not available but receipts will be provided that you can submit yourself for a reimbursement from your company.
Chair - in general a 4 foot radius is required to allow space for the chair and the therapist to move around throughout the treatment. In an office, a separate room or more private area out of the way would be preferred.
Table - enough room for the table and for the therapist to work around all sides must be available. Approximately 12 by 8 feet.
Cleanliness - A certain level of cleanliness, including smell, will be expected for the treatment to be provided in your home or office. I reserve the right to refuse to work in any area I do not feel meets these expectations.
Privacy - The treatment area needs to be in a private space that others will not be able to arbitrarily walk through. This ensures privacy for you as you may be without clothing and private medical information may be being discussed.
Children - Your children are not a concern for me as long as they do not interfere with my ability to treat you or your ability to be treated. Young children can remain in the same room.
Pets - Pets are not a concern for me as long as they do not interfere with my ability to treat you or your ability to be treated.
Going to the homes or offices of patients presents potential safety risks that I have chosen to mitigate by only working with people that I or people that I trust, know personally. As they tend to be more public, treatments provided in office spaces will be given more leniency.
In order to book an appointment, please reach out to me through the contact link at the bottom of the page and provide your email and phone number. Once I have confirmed who you are we can move forward with booking an appointment for you though this may take some time depending on my schedule.
To ensure I find the place, please expect me to arrive up to 15 minutes early to your first appointment. A few minutes will be required to set up the table or chair and up to 10 minutes to clean and pack everything up after the treatment. Depending on the treatment type, I may request to use your kitchen sink to wash my hands and tools. I will provide my own linens and cleaning supplies.
You can adjust or cancel your appointment without cost or needing to reach out to me up to 12 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations or extensive appointment alterations, 12 to 4 hours before your appointment time, will be charged up to 50% of the original appointment cost. Any notice provided under 4 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount. If there are recurring late cancellations or no-shows, you may be removed as a patient.
Always reach out to me through email if you are unable to make the appointment. Even if I don't see the email right away, the time stamp will determine how the cancellation is handled.
If you find someone who can take your place, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, an extra fee may be applied depending on distance and travel-time changes.
Currently, payments will be made in cash or through e-transfer. Receipts will be sent through email.
